In the past two years, he worked at the OECD actively implementing key initiatives for the Sustainability Pillar of the Latin American and the Caribbean Regional Programme (OECD-LACRP). He also worked at the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI) implementing policies to enhance access to public information, and at the Ministry of Finance in Mexico, negotiating terms for public debt issuance.
